TRANSPORT

Imol Ltd will provide our own transport to collect any redundant equipment anywhere in the UK.

We will also appreciate individuals and companies that could deliver their redundant equipment to us, provided we have been contacted first to enable us to make proper arrangements.

TECHNICAL TEAM

When a donation is made Imol Ltd will provide a technical team who will access the redundant equipment and professionally dismantle them. Computer equipment will have the hard drive wiped clean of information to guarantee data protection.

DATA PROTECTION

Imol Ltd will provide and sign documentation to guarantee that we will follow data protection regulations.

Any confidential documents or records belonging to donors (if left by mistake in equipment donated) will be treated with confidentiality and returned to donors or destroyed, as required by donors.

VISITING YOU AND VISITING US

Imol Ltd will be happy to arrange for one of its staff to your establishment to explain our mission and how we operate. If this is of interest to you contact us to arrange a meeting. You are also invited to visit Imol Ltd Head Office in London or liaison office in Africa if you would prefer.

EXPORTING

All the redundant equipment we collect from you will be reconditioned and tested before putting it into the market in the developing world.

Equipment and materials that could be used we will take out parts that are useful and properly dispose the parts that are not usable in a proper manner.

COSTING

It will not cost you or your establishment any money for giving Imol Ltd the authority to collect redundant equipment from your establishment. Imol Ltd will finance the removal of the redundant equipment. We will provide the transport, warehouse and personnel to remove the equipment from your house, office or industrial site.

You will not be asked for money at any time.
